Affiliate Program Terms

1. What you earn

You earn 25% of qualifying subscription revenue we actually collect from customers you refer, for as long as they keep paying. Commission is calculated on the amount collected excluding tax.

2. What counts as qualifying revenue

A subscription payment that is successfully collected and settled. The following never earn commission:

• free trial periods, where no money is collected
• failed or uncollected payments
• taxes
• payments that are later refunded, reversed or charged back

If a payment is refunded or charged back after commission was recorded, the matching commission is reversed. If it had already been paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

3. Referrals and attribution

You get a unique referral link and code. A customer is attributed to you when they create an account after clicking your link or entering your code. Attribution is decided once, at signup, and does not move afterwards — another affiliate’s link cannot take a customer who is already yours, and yours cannot take theirs.

You may change your public code later. Doing so does not affect customers you have already referred or commission you have already earned.

4. What is not allowed

• Self-referral. You may not refer yourself, your own additional accounts, or people acting on your behalf to generate commission.
• Fraudulent or duplicate accounts. Creating accounts to farm trials or commission, or encouraging others to, ends your participation.
• Misleading advertising. Do not misrepresent what Martian Flow does, what it costs, or what it includes.
• No claims about winnings. Martian Flow builds lineup portfolios. It does not predict results. You may not claim or imply guaranteed winnings, profits, or a specific return — yours or anyone else’s.
• No paid search on our brand and no domains, handles or accounts that imply you are Martian Flow.
• No spam, and nothing that breaks the rules of the platform you are posting on.

5. Using our name and brand

You may say you are a Martian Flow affiliate and use our name to describe the product honestly. You may not use our logo or name as your own branding, register confusingly similar names, or present yourself as speaking for us. We can ask you to stop using our marks at any time.

6. Payouts

• Commission sits in a holding period of 14 days after the payment is collected, so a refund reverses it before it is ever paid.
• After that it becomes payable. Payouts are made monthly, in the first half of the following month, for balances of at least $50.
• Balances below the minimum roll forward until they reach it. Payouts are recorded manually at this stage of the programme — there is no automatic transfer yet, and we will tell you how to receive payment when your first balance becomes payable.

7. Tax

You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn. You are an independent participant, not an employee, partner or agent of Martian Flow. We may need tax information from you before paying you, and we may be required to report amounts we pay you.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an affiliate account if these terms are broken, if referrals look fraudulent, or if we are required to. Suspension stops new referrals; it does not erase your history, and commission already properly earned on genuine customers remains payable. Commission arising from activity that broke these terms does not. You may leave at any time.

9. Changes to the programme

We can change or end this programme, including the commission rate, with notice. Changes apply going forward — commission already earned is calculated at the rate that applied when it was earned, and we do not rewrite history.

10. The customer’s offer

Customers you refer get the same offer as everyone else: 7 days free, then $99.99/month unless they cancel. Your code decides who gets the credit; it never changes what they pay.
